When you register or use the Eco Voltz community app, we may collect:

  • Your business or stable yard name
  • Your equestrian role and location
  • Details about your Eco Voltz bike(s), including model, purchase date, and service records
  • Messages you send through the in-app messaging system

We collect and use your data to:

  • Manage your community membership and provide access to the app
  • Send you event information, product updates, and community communications
  • Maintain your bike service and warranty records
  • Respond to your enquiries

Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (running the community) and contract performance (managing your membership).

Your data is stored securely on the Base44 platform (base44.com), which provides enterprise-grade data storage with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Base44 — our app infrastructure provider
  • Resend — our email delivery provider (your email address only, for sending community communications)

No other third parties receive your personal data.

  • Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correction — update inaccurate data (via your Profile page)
  • Deletion — request your account and data be deleted (use the "Request Account Deletion" option in your Profile)
